As WORKHALL's Store Manager, your mission is to drive, attain and empower WORKHALL’s functional excellence by providing the framework and tools to enable growth and success. This role will be responsible for engaging and building clients/industry partners by staying true to the brand’s core and mission. The STORE MANAGER will work closely with the owner and district manager to create, execute and measure sales initiatives through the Annual Store plan. This position requires a visionary with passion and the incentive to build and connect artistry. You are the core representitive and leader of our designs, values and future.

R E Q U I R E M E NT S

 

| minimum 2 years of management EXPERIENCE and 5 years of customer service experience |
| Bachelor's degree in business, retail or related field |
| working knowledge of google work, ms office |
STRONG TRAINING AND COACHING BACKGROUND TO BUILD A CORE TEAM |
| highly organized and detailed oriented |
| Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills |
